The Durapan non-stick 3 layers are applied to a hard anodised aluminium base which provides fast and even cooking with increased heat retention. Each pan features an ergonomic, solid stainless steel handle with an open V-shaped design for increased air-flow to ensure they stay cool while cooking (obviously very important!).
